12/2/15: Country Pointe at Plainview continues to move forward. On December 2, 2015, Nassau County Supreme Court Justice George R. Peck dismissed the lawsuit brought by five Old Bethpage residents which sought to overturn the approved zoning and site plan application for Country Pointe at Plainview. Such approvals remain in full force and effect.
Beechwood anticipates that site work and sales will commence within the first half of 2016.
We would like to thank you for your continued support and patience.
Our best wishes to all for a Happy Holiday Season. We look forward to seeing you in 2016. Please continue to check our website for our updates.
